At ArtsyU, your artsy journey begins by going to our calendar, choosing a painting to recreate, ranging from classic to contemporary. The instruction you will receive will make creating your painting easy and enjoyable. You have the freedom to make your painting as unique as you like. You can use the colors we do or you can match the colors to your own decor.
You'll take your finished painting home the same night. The whole process is so simple and entertaining, you will be amazed and delighted by the results.

Want to use your Living Social, Groupon or ClassEcash voucher? Simply proceed to your class's Shopping Cart. Make sure you are only buying ONE CLASS when using your voucher. Input your Voucher Number as your Coupon Code. Your class will then be discounted. VERY IMPORTANT: Bring your Voucher with you the night of your class so we can check your name off our list of vouchers. If you do not bring your voucher, you will not be able to take the class at the discounted price.

Can children attend ArtsyU?
Participants must be 12 years of age or older to attend regular ArtsyU sessions - we suggest 16+ because wine is often brought to most classes by other customers. We suggest children be at least 6 years old to attend our "Family Night" sessions, private parties, and after school/summer camp sessions.
May I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your choice of snacks and beverages. We do allow the "Brown Bagging" of Wine but cannot allow beer. Water and soft drinks are available. Wine is not permitted in classes labeled "Family Nights" (nights we allow children over the age of 6 to attend).
What should I wear?
ArtsyU does provide artist's aprons, but please be aware that you will be working with acrylic paints that may permanently stain clothing. Please dress accordingly.
Do I have to register in advance?
No, but registering guarantees you a seat at our most popular sessions, and many people prefer to have payment taken care of before arriving. Also, classes that do not meet our 2 person online registration minimum MAY be canceled.
How long does an ArtsyU class last?
Each ArtsyU session lasts from 2 to 3 hours. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early so that you are ready to paint when the fun begins. Our instructors will be in the studio 45 minutes before the class begins to allow you some pre-painting party time. They will remain after class up to 30 minutes to make sure you have plenty of time to complete your painting at a relaxed, no-pressure pace.
How much does an ArtsyU session cost?
ArtsyU costs $20 to $45 per person. These prices include canvas, paints, and instruction. As a general rule, children’s classes are $20 per child, the adult 2 hour painting classes are $25 per person and the 2.5 to 3 hour classes are $35 per person. Most of the time you can upgrade the size of your painting for an extra $10.00 at the door – just ask the instructor. Refer to the calendar for specific prices.
